Untuk tutorial prank yang mengharuskan menulis di notepad/sejenisnya trus diminta untuk mengganti ekstensinya menjadi (nama file).bat atawa (nama file).vbs maka pastikan langkah berikut

Buka windows explorer
Pada tab Tools di atas pilih Folder Options
Pilih Tab View trus hilangkan centang dari tulisan Hide extensions for known file types
Sekarang semua ekstensi file udah terlihat misalnya (nama file).txt
Ganti file .txt nyang udah berisi script dengan .bat atawa .vbs

Gan disini Ane mau kasih tahu sebuah trik khusus bagi agan - agan

yang kesal ato jail dengan temannya. Kita akan memakai COMAND

PROMPT (CMD). Gini gan triknya :

1. Pertamax buka Cmd (Klik Start→Run→ketik cmd dan tekan enter)

2.Terus di Cmd ketik Satu diantara ini :

Assoc.exe=.jpg → Ini mengubah file yang.exe menjadi .jpg

Assoc.exe=.luchifer → Ini membuat file yang.exe gak bisa jalan
3.Terus tunggu beberapa detik. Dan coba tutup firefox, dan buka firefox kembali. pasti agan kok gak bisa dibuka.
Untuk Menanggulanginya:

5. Tutup jendela notepad. Jalankan file luchifer.bat yang telah dibuat tadi dengan cara men-double kliknya. Kemudian anda berhasil masuk ke Command Prompt lagi.

The Need for Speed The Run PC update contains both bug fixes and adds new functionality.
General:
- 30 FPS cap is disabled when v-sync is set to OFF in advanced display settings
- Miscellaneous fixes for gamepad and peripheral support
- Tweaked reset behavior for a number of tracks in The Run where resets seemed too close to the main race route
Single Player:
- When players go off track, they will be reset back onto the track instead of at the last checkpoint.  Crashes will still result in a reset to the last checkpoint.
- Fixed issue where Autolog split time HUD would sometimes disappear after a vehicle reset
Challenge Series:
– Updated car images will now be displayed in Challenge Series loading screen
Multiplayer:
- Added Quick Match option from multiplayer menu
– Players now have the option to mute VOIP of other players in multiplayer sessions
– Reduced unrealistic behaviors when multiplayer opponents drive off-road or collide with world objects
– Fixed issue where sometimes icons wouldn’t display for playgroup members in the intermission screen
– Animated recently completed solo and group objectives in the intermission screen
– Display active objectives in the pre-race loading screen
– Tabs will now auto-cycle during the intermission screen, manually tabbing between screens will disable the auto cycling.

Everytime we update the PC version of the game, we continue to track usage and errors. On some setups we observed that players were experiencing crashes when prompted to "Press Any Key".

PC Patch #4

This fixes a further 30% of the crashes that we have identified, which now brings us to a total of around 77% of known crashes fixed. Specifically this patch fixes the following:
- Fixed crashes on boot on certain configurations of Windows (including when Windows Speech Recognition is installed)
- Fixed deadzone issues on Steering Wheels and XInput controllers
- Fixed black textures in some parts of the world when High Resolution Textures are disabled
- Fixed crash when a controller is unexpectedly disconnected
- Fixed crash when loading certain invalid controller configuration files

PC Patch #2

The following issues have been fixed in this patch:
- Flickering graphics after Alt-Tabbing out of the game and back.
- Controller configurations sometimes failing to save correctly.
- Steering response dead-zone when playing with steering wheel controllers.
- Player car engine audio volume too low.
- Some issues with CPU performance.
- Rare crash issue when entering the Career map screen
The patch also contains 3 Free Cars!
-The Bentley Continental Supersports Convertible, the Lamborghini Murciélago LP 650-4 Roadster and the Dodge Viper SRT10 Convertible Final Edition.
Note: After installing this patch you will only be able to play online against players who have also installed it. You will, however, continue to get Autolog updates from all other players regardless of which version they are using.

PC Patch #3

The following issues have been fixed in this patch:
- Fixes account for almost half (47%) of the crashes caused by the top 10 problems reported by our users. Specifically, crashes and rendering problems on ATI Radeon X1300, X1550 and X1800 graphics cards have been addressed. Fixes are also included for Intel embedded graphics chipsets such as the Intel GMA 500, Intel GMA 600 and Intel GMA X3000 which are running older graphics drivers.
- Another crash bug has also been resolved when running on graphics hardware that does not support DirectX Shader Model 3.0.

PC Patch #1

The following issues have been fixed in this patch:
- Quad-core CPU’s crash
- Dreamshots are corrupted in non-16:9 aspect ratios: If you configure your game with a different resolution that yields an aspect ratio that’s not 16:9, dreamshots and snapshots were corrupted. This has been fixed.
- Missing rain, snow and corona effects
- CL Eye driver crashes the game: Please note that the PlayStation Eye cameras are still not supported by the game on PC.

PC Game Expansion Pack and Patch 1.02

Patch 1.02 includes five new cars (Toyota Supra Mk IV, 1967 Shelby GT500, 1967 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray, 1969 Dodge Charger R/T and the 1971 Dodge Challenger R/T). There is a new game mode called Team Racing which pits Team Red vs Team Blue in an intense battle for track domination. The maximum number of racers in an online game is increased from 8 to 12.

Hilangkan Password BIOS ( Reset BIOS )

Trik ini sangat berguna bila anda lupa password BIOS yang anda isikan. sehingga komputer anda tidak dapat masuk ke windows. untuk mereset BIOS dibutuhkan sedikit pengetahuan anda tetang DOS karena trik berikut kita lakukan lewat DOS. 
- Buka Dos Prompt c:\> Ketik DEBUG  Enter
- Muncul Tanda(-) pada DEBUG prompt ketik : o 70 2e Enter
- Tampil pada debug prompt -o 70 2e Enter
- Ketik o 71 ff Enter
- Ketik Q Enter
Selain melalui DOS, anda dapat pula mereset BIOS dengan cara melepas Baterai yang ada di Motherboard atau bisa anda lakukan juga dengan cara melepas jumper yang berada disebelah baterai yang bertuliskan Clear CMOS .
